Job Summary: The employee must exercise his/her mission in the general interest of the Company. The employee must respect the Company’s values and apply the Company’s procedures and regulations. The employee must perform his/her missions by understanding the key operational and crewing challenges related to offshore oil & gas vessels. Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning and coordinating crew changes for offshore oil & gas vessels (PSVs, OSVs, AHTS and other non-cargo vessels) • Maintain accurate crew records, contracts, rotation schedules, and certification matrices • Ensure correct crew positions, ranks, and manning requirements in line with vessel type, flag state, and client standards • Prepare, verify, and track seafarer documentation (STCW, medicals, visas, contracts, passports) • Monitor crew certificates and proactively manage upcoming expiries • Liaise with vessels, captains, manning agencies, port agents, and internal departments regarding crew logistics • Coordinate crew travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and local transportation • Coordinate with manning agencies for crew sourcing, replacements, documentation, and rotations • Support crew salary payment processes, payroll inputs, leave records, and reconciliation with Finance • Provide administrative support to offshore marine operations and crewing teams • Maintain structured filing of crew and operational documentation in ERP and crewing systems Targets: Ensure smooth and continuous crewing and offshore vessel operations. Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, client requirements, and internal procedures. Support accurate payroll, documentation, and operational administration. Facilitate clear communication between vessels, manning agencies, operations, and finance teams • Environment: Office-based role with operational interaction • Pace: Fast-paced offshore operational environment, aligned with crew change schedules • Specifications: Work in strict compliance with company policies, maritime regulations, and client requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas crewing, marine operations, or shipping administration. Knowledge: • Strong knowledge of oil & gas offshore operations and non-cargo vessels (PSVs, OSVs, AHTS, etc.) • Solid understanding of crew positions, ranks, and manning requirements • Experience working with manning agencies, crew contracts, and salary administration • Knowledge of African offshore markets (Nigeria, Angola, Mozambique) is highly appreciated Skills: • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / crewing management systems • Ability to work independently and under operational pressure Language skills: • English: Mandatory • Any additional language is a strong advantage, particularly Portuguese ( but not mandatory) Soft Skills: • Team spirit • Problem-solving mindset • Reliability and professionalism • Ability to work in multicultural and international environments |

Working closely with engineering, project management and key suppliers, you ensure that critical components and systems are sourced on time, within budget, and according to strict quality and compliance standards.
